Louise Shipway

PCC, CPHR, FCIPD

Louise is a Professional Coach and Mentor holding the designations of Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF), Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR BC/Yukon), and Chartered Fellow (FCIPD UK). Additionally, she is a Registered Professional Recruiter in Canada.

Louise brings extensive experience in Career Coaching, Career Transitions, Executive and Leadership Coaching, and Facilitation. Both in-person and online, she has delivered and facilitated career and leadership development sessions for diverse groups, ranging from one-on-one executive coaching to workshops for small groups (20-50 participants), and as a speaker at large-scale events with over 100 attendees. Louise has a wealth of experience delivering programs in-person in Canada and the UK, and globally through virtual platforms, coaching professionals in more than 18 countries.

A pioneer in Adaptability Intelligence, specializing in career transitions. Louise is skilled in administering Adaptability, personality, and 360-degree assessments. She is recognized for her person-centered, open, and non-judgmental approach, demonstrated by glowing testimonials from professionals across multiple sectors. In a creative partnership with her clients, she leverages positive intelligence and psychological safety to help individuals achieve clarity, explore core issues, and enhance communication and effectiveness in engaging and meaningful ways. As a lifelong learner with dual British and Canadian citizenship, Louise brings over 25 years of coaching experience.

Dr Fiona Beddoes-Jones

Chartered Psychologist, Authentic Leadership Development Specialist, Executive Coach, Transformational Change Agent, Menopause Champion, Author.

Dr Fiona Beddoes-Jones is a Chartered Psychologist and thought leader in Authentic Leadership, executive development, and transformational change. With deep expertise in leadership psychology, resilience, and the cognitive sciences, Fiona brings a unique lens to leadership growth—grounded in psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and how people learn and lead at their best.

She is the creator of the concept of Cognitive Fitness at work—supporting leaders to think in the right ways at the right times, with agility, flexibility, and strength. Her doctoral research with the UK military focused on Authentic Leadership, and she has since developed five evidence-based psychometric tools used internationally: Thinking Styles (noted for its relevance to neurodiversity), Cognitive Team Roles, Think Smart, The Authentic Leadership 360, and Leadership Temperament Types, which explore how psychology, neurology, and hormonal profiles shape leadership styles.

Fiona’s work spans leadership and team development, psychometric design, learning and accelerated development, psychological safety, and executive coaching. She is also known for her contributions to volunteer leadership and performance, and for The Corporate Love Model—a framework focused on trust, engagement, and purpose in organizations.

As an Academic Fellow at Birkbeck, University of London, Fiona supervises doctoral candidates in Occupational Psychology, continuing her commitment to advancing the science and practice of leadership and workplace wellbeing.

Savannah Welch

BA Psychology, Diploma Human Resources Management, CPHR Candidate

Savannah is a Human Resources professional who has experience in Real Estate and is a CPHR BC/Yukon Candidate. Savannah holds her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, as well as her Human Resources Management Diploma with Honours from the British Columbia Institute of Technology + Media. She also holds her National Collective Bargaining Certificate from the National Collective Bargaining Institute.

As a Principal Product Experience Consultant with almost 5 years of experience, Savannah also has experience consulting for Digital Content Management, Human Resources Consulting, Marketing, Product Management, Social Media Management, and Event Planning. She has previously worked with creative artists and teachers, led her team in social services non-profit organizations, was Assistant Director for a dance and fitness studio among other key leading roles in the health and fitness space in her city. Savannah has been nominated for and won awards pertaining to ERG Allyship, innovation, knowledge, exemplar values, and brand expertise.
